Tipsters Conditions

1. Eligibility

• To create an account as a football tipster, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Subscribers must also be at least 18 years old.
• Tipster must be a tip master subscriber.

2. Tipster Obligations

• Tipsters must provide honest, accurate, and original football predictions. False, misleading, or fraudulent predictions are strictly prohibited.
• Tipsters are responsible for ensuring their predictions adhere to our guidelines and do not promote illegal activities, gambling addiction, or false claims of guaranteed profits.
• Tipsters may not engage in any form of dishonest conduct, including, but not limited to, collusion, manipulation of outcomes, or any actions that unfairly influence subscribers.

3. Fraud Prevention and Penalties

• Tipsters are strictly prohibited from using fake odds, fake matches, or falsified slip results. If a tipster is found guilty of such actions, all affected subscribers will be entitled to a full refund for their subscription during the period of fraud.
• Tipsters found guilty of providing fake odds or fake match slips will face immediate suspension pending investigation.
• Upon confirmation of fraudulent activity, tipsters will face one or more of the following penalties:
  • Full refund to all affected subscribers.
  • Permanent suspension from the platform.
  • Confiscation of any earnings generated from fraudulent predictions.

4. Subscriber Responsibilities

• Subscribers are solely responsible for their subscription choices and the financial consequences of following predictions. betopick.com does not guarantee the accuracy or success of any predictions.
• Subscribers may not share or redistribute the predictions they receive without the explicit permission of the tipster and the platform. Doing so may result in account suspension.

5. Refund Policy

• In the event that a tipster is found guilty of providing fake odds, fake matches, or falsified slip results, affected subscribers will be refunded their subscription fees for the affected period.
• Refunds will only be granted if fraud is confirmed following an investigation by betopick.com.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

betopick.com does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the predictions posted by tipsters. Subscribers are advised to exercise caution and judgment when following any prediction. The platform will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by subscribers.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• betopick.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
• Accounts may also be suspended or terminated for inactivity, abusive behavior, or illegal activities.

8. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of disputes between tipsters and subscribers, betopick.com will make a good-faith effort to mediate and resolve the issue.
• All decisions made by betopick.com regarding disputes are final and binding.

9. Amendments to Terms

betopick.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Tipsters and subscribers will be notified of significant changes via email or a notification on the platform.
