The Allsvenskan saw its highest-scoring match for over 14 years as Brommapojkarna came from 4-1 down to beat Norrkoping 6-4 in a crazy game at Grimsta IP, while GAIS kept their long unbeaten run going but could only manage a point away at bottom-of-the-table VarnamoAfter three successive wins with clean sheets, Brommapojkarna possessed suffered support-to-support 3-2 losses ahead of their meeting with Norrkoping, but as it transpired, tightening the defence was not the respond for the home side.

In fact, their defence was breached within five minutes - Kevin Jansson clattered a shot against the crossbar and the rebound dropped to David Moberg Karlsson, who curled in the opener.

Just two minutes later, Karlsson was at it again, tapping home the second for Norrkoping after Ismet Lushaku's effort was parried to Christoffer Nyman, who squared to the forward.

The third goal of the game reached with 10 minutes on the clock - a brilliant first-time effort from over 25 yards from Victor Lind obtained BP support in the game - only for the visitors to restore the two-goal lead six minutes later, when Arnor Traustason profited from a mix-up in the home defence and complete coolly.

10 minutes before the shatter, the visitors made it 4-1 as Karlsson turned provider, clipping a ball over the top to Isak Sigurgeirsson, who rifled his effort across the goalkeeper and into the top corner.

But almost all of the Kamraterna's hard work was undone in the dying seconds of the first half - first, a short corner was worked across to Lind, who was waiting at the edge of the box to curl in another first-time strike.

Seconds later it was 4-3, as Love Arrhov's cross was on the money for Adam Jakobsen to lead home the seventh goal of the first 45 minutes.

Though they possessed all the momentum going into the shatter, the Bromma Boys were struggling to locate the precious equaliser, and the visitors almost moved 5-3 up when Anton Eriksson's header struck the obstruct.

But the equaliser finally reached with just under 20 minutes remaining, Kevin Ackermann tried his luck from range and his effort was spilled to Wilmer Odefalk, who gobbled up the rebound.

Having completed the comeback, BP completed the turnaround five minutes later - Jakobsen set himself at the edge of the box, and his shot took a wicked deflection and wrongfooted goalkeeper David Andersson.

And Brommapojkarna sealed the win with six minutes remaining as Lind completed his hattrick with another special goal, going on a solo run into the box from the left side, jinking past the defence and rifling the ball into the roof of the net.

The 6-4 result is the highest-scoring match in the Allsvenskan since Helsingborgs beat Trelleborgs 7-3 in June 2011, and takes the Stockholm club up one place to ninth, while Norrkoping sit 11th with only one win in their last eight.

The other match on Saturday possessed six fewer goals but offered plenty of drama, as basement battlers Varnamo gripped GAIS to a 2-2 sketch.

The home side took the lead with a touch of fortune in the second minute when Ajdin Zeljkovic's shot was obstructed and dropped kindly to Marcus Antonsson, who took advantage of a simple complete with the goalkeeper out of position.

But GAIS responded quickly and were level three minutes later - Kevin Holmen's effort from the edge of the area was goalbound but needed a couple of deflections to take it past the goalkeeper.

1-1 was how things stayed until 16 minutes from time when the Blue & Whites moved support in front courtesy of Otso Liimatta, who moved on a driving run, evaded the Mackerels defence and curled a beautiful strike into the top corner.

However, a second quick response would refuse Varnamo just a second win of the season - as four minutes later Gustav Lundgren clipped the ball into the box, and Jonas Lindberg was alert to obtain in front of the goalkeeper and poke home the equaliser.

Varnamo move onto eight points, five from safety having played a game more than their relegation rivals, while GAIS miss the opportunity to climb into the top three but are now 11 matches without beat - a run which started with a 1-1 sketch in the reverse fixture on 10th May.
